Cobalt Nanoparticles by Prudent Chemical Method and It's Characterization

For the synthesis of Cobalt Nanoparticles (CoNPs), prudent wet phase reduction process was applied by employing urea as an effective oxidizing agent. The requirement analogous precipitation executed method fulfilled taking advantage sufficiently slow hydrolysis in water at acceptable temperature. experiment carried out mixing cobalt nitrate and (1:2) distilled water. reaction mass then subjected to 400ÚC temperature muffle furnace intermittent shaking. product formed i.e. oxide cooled crushed get powder which reduced 800°C presence inert gas hydrogen. Newly nanoparticles (i.e. nano catalyst) were analyzed characterized for surface morphology using different analytical tools like X-ray diffractometer (XRPD), Fourier Transform Infra-red spectroscopy (FTIR), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) Nitrogen adsorption BET. extension study done evaluate effect change on characteristic properties CoNPs.
